Shipping Policy
DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, ALL Orders are processed within 6 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier. Due to COVID, we are experiencing delays on postal carriers picking up our packages. We are closed on Saturdays Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed between 6-8 business days.
Kindly note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
Important Information on International Orders:
International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Bang Dat Iron'. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bangdatiron. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Bang Dat Iron will not be responsible for lost or unreceived returned items. It is recommended to add tracking to your return package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
